A digital front-panel display shows the active channel and light intensity, with a per-channel memory function that retains the user’s preferred intensity settings. The illuminator is completely mercury-free, with LEDs rated for years of maintenance-free use.

ACCU-fluor ST is available in dual and triple-channel configurations, with excitation options spanning violet (for DAPI/Hoechst), blue (for GFP/FITC/Alexa Fluor 488), green (for TRITC/Cy3/dsRed), and yellow (for mCherry/Texas Red) — supporting the fluorophores most widely used in model organism and developmental biology research.
